Sorry, I think I wasn't very clear in this point. MS4W includes e.g.
PHP/Mapscript
with PostGIS support (php_mapscript_*.dll linked against libpq.dll).
Are you going to
update the libpq.dll that comes with MS4W to 8.1.4? Apparently the
updated libpq.dll
contains a fix against some SQL injection problems.
