[ms4w-users] Postgresql SSL support

This looks like a yucky one 
(http://readlist.com/lists/lists.php.net/php-general/1/6329.html).  I 
don't know the answer either.  Have you tried the php email lists or 
maybe their IRC channel?
Or maybe someone else on this list has an idea?

(my guess is that the answer will have something to do with recompiling 
php or that specific module, yuck)
