[ms4w-users] php.ini includes

I would again suggest that people start using the MS4W Bugzilla for
enhancement requests
(http://bugzilla.maptools.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=runnamed&namedcmd=MS4W),
otherwise it is easy to forget all of these emails.
Actually, that Bug tracker is also a great way to file your MS4W-addon
packages (I use that MS4W buglist for each release). Then you will be
automatically notified when your addon has been included.
In terms of compiling PHP though, it sounds great, but MS4W uses the PHP
binary for the releases, so adding yet another step into the MS4W
release process (recompiling PHP) is not desirable.
