[ms4w-users] Apache performance and .conf files

My experience with that delay in response time (with a large number of 
files in the /httpd.d directory) is only when restarting Apache, as it 
parses through all of those includes.  (this also happens with the FGS 
Linux installer as well)  I sometimes have over 50 of those include 
files, and other than when restarting Apache, I do not notice any delay.
