Hello,

Yes as of MS4W 2.2.3 the old way of naming the dll 
(php_mapscript_4.10.0.dll) was changed to php_mapscript.dll.  That way 
the MS4W add-on packages do not have to be reconfigured each time 
MapServer is released.
