Can any one help me out on this:

We are trying to build an application using
Flex+Mapserver+Java+Hibernate+MySql
We have started using Mapserver with Java using the Java Mapscript but we
are not able to run those programs. It always gives the
msProcessProjection() error.
Whereas the same logic in Php runs on the same machine.
Can some one guide on how to use Mapserver functionalities using Java?
Also can anyone tell that is it possible to use the Mapserver Api directly
in Flex?
