[ms4w-users] 2.2.8 version of MS4W has slow page loads

That could very well be the issue, although I have not seen this issue 
myself with 2.2.8.  (note that I wouldn't say that this was forgotten) 
PHP was upgraded to 5.2.6 in MS4W 2.2.8 partly in hopes that this issue 
would be resolved.  Chad, can you add yourself to the CC  of the bug[1], 
swap with the old MS4W 2.2.7 libmysql.dll and retest, and report your 
findings in that bug?  that would be very helpful, thanks.
