- the OGR library was compiled with MySQL support in MS4W (you can  
verify this by executing 'ogrinfo --formats' at the commandline (after  
executing setenv.bat)
- the PHP extension for MySQL is loaded by default in php.ini
- so you should be able to install MySQL and access its data in  
MapServer/MS4W
