[ms4w-users] help!

I have already install the ms4w, but I don't know how to enter the Mysql contropanl (the link of mysql) .
The othe question. if I move the whol sit to the other host, waht can I do? (I use my PC as host, now, I want move it on the internet.) I have move all the file(under x:/ms4w/Apache/htdocs/) to the new host. but it does not work. the main problem is MYSQL DATA, I have no way :( 

please help!
