[ms4w-users] Plugin mssql2008.dll missing in recent ms4w distribution

Andreas,

A compiled dll is available to test 
(http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1944#c1).  Please it would 
help a lot if you can follow the instructions in that bug and comment in 
the bug with your testing results (I have no access to MSSQL-Server to 
test right now).  If you are successful it will be added to a new release.

Feedback from all is welcome in that bug (click on "New Account" at 
bottom of the page to create an account so you can commment in there)
