[ms4w-users] Mapserver-Oracle Spatial

Hi iam New to the Mapserver,

I  want to load a map (using Mapserver) from Oracle database (By Using OGR)
I followed the Link Given below

But i didnt get Where to set and How to set Environment Variable

And also information regarding the  ogr_oci.dll
If any body worked On Mapserver with oracle Spatial database plz help me by
telling the procedure
