[MS4W-Users] php-extensions missing

Hi,

at the moment i'm testing newer mapbender releases with ms4w and
noticed, that there are very few extensions of php in MS4W 3.0beta 6, 
which were there at ms4w 2.3.1, e.g. php_mbstring.dll, php_pgsql.dll...
Where these left out intentionally?
