[MS4W-Users] Different styles within a mapfile class

Hi all, 
 
Does anyone know the order of display of different styles within a mapfile class. GM2 is not able to display blue and white lines (of same class but different styles) smoothly, esp at the intersections.  Is there reason for this? Thanks.
