[ms4w-users] newbie: Intallation of python mapscript?

Hi all. 
i know its a basic Q but anyway, how can i use python mapscipt binaries included in MS4W?
Or where can i find sth like an installtion guide (i thought there should be prepared one by mapserver !!!)
i want it to run dBox.
