[ms4w-users] Installation of MS4W

Hi all,
I have windows vista and I followed the installation process as mentioned
here :(

In order to run the apache-install.bat file, you must do the following:

   1. In Windows Explorer, goto the location of your cmd.exe file
   (C:/Windows/System32)
   2. Right-click the cmd.exe executable and choose Run as Administrator
   3. Navigate to your ms4w folder in the command prompt window and run
   apache-install.bat

I got the message in command prompt :

already in
stalled.

But when I checked whether apache was running properly or not by typing

http://localhost/

in the address bar of the browser but I got black page. Also
http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?  is giving me blank page.

Q1. What should I do now?
Q2.Is installation of apache-install.bat install mapserver 5?
