[MS4W-Users] ms4w Proj setup

Hello list,

I have a couple basic questions about proj4 in ms4w.  I have located a proj
directory in my ms4w folder.  Is this the Proj4 js library that Mapserver
uses to request WMS images in a certain projection prior to sending it to
the client?  I am using OpenLayers to overlay a Mapserver WMS in EPSG:4326
over a Bing Maps layer but am receiving blank 256x256 tiles from Mapserver. 
I suspect that my ms4w setup is not serving the WMS image tiles to the
client in spherical mercator, despite my having added the spherical mercator
projection definition to the proj/nad/epsg file and including the SRS in my
mapfile.

Do I have to do anything else after installing ms4w with regards to getting
a properly setup proj4 library, or is it already setup automatically and
will handle reprojecting without any further steps?
