[MS4W-Users] Fatal error: Call to undefined function pg_connect()

Launched from a command line (at d:\) I got this
Warning: dl(): Unable to load dynamic library 
'/ms4w/Apache/php/ext/php_pgsql.dll' - The specified module could not be 
found.
 in D:\ms4w\Apache\htdocs\dev\Projets\ca\phpinfo.php on line 2

d:/ms4w/Apache/php/ext/php_pgsql.dll exists

I created c:/ms4w/Apache/php/ext/php_pgsql.dll and I got the same message.

I don't know much about dll's
Could I have php_pgsql.dll in the directory but not the module installed?

Since it is working when I launch the php from my browser, I guess this 
module is installed.

Well I'm totally lost
