[MS4W-Users] Fatal error: Call to undefined function pg_connect()

I found the error.
I created a batch file to launch the PHP command. For testing, The batch 
file was on the server's desktop and it seems that php.ini cannot be seen 
from there. I moved the batch file where it should be and everything is 
working.

Thanks for your help and your suggestions even if that was not a ms4w 
issue.
