[MS4W-Users] Additional GDAL scripts

Hi Michael,

You are correct, some of those GDAL-Python scripts are indeed missing. I
have filed a ticket and they will be included in the next MS4W release
(http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2317).  If you need them in
the short term, you can download them from here and make sure that they are
in your path: http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/gdal-python-scripts.zip
