[MS4W-Users] Upgrade PHP version

Hi,

Same question with ms4w 3.x and 2.3.x because there is an important bug 
issue in PHP: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=53632
It's corrected in both PHP 5.2 ( http://www.php.net/releases/5_2_17.php 
) and 5.3 ( http://www.php.net/releases/5_3_5.php ).
