MS4W 3.0 release candidate 1 is available for testing:
http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/ms4w_3.0.zip (36MB)

Many libraries have been updated since beta 11, and I am happy to report
that the one mysterious issue that was holding back the 3.0 release (gif
symbol changes color with different sizes:
http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2094) has been solved with
this upgrade.

As always I encourage feedback, so if you find any problems please file
a bug in the the bug tracker, noting the 3.0-RC1 version in your summary
(login or create an account at:
http://bugzilla.maptools.org/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1).

If there is no feedback within the next few days, this release candidate
will be posted as the final 3.0 release.
