[MS4W-Users] MapCache and ArcMap

Hello,

Has anyone had success serving WMS from MapCache to ArcGIS Clients?

I was testing out MapCache which is packaged in MS4W 3.0.4-dev.  While testing MapCache, I was able to get WMS to work with my interactive mapping site, as well as Quantum GIS.  Unfortunately I could not get ArcMap to load my WMS from MapCache.  I was told by the developer that ArcMap should be able to consume WMS from MapCache.
