[MS4W-Users] MapCache and ArcMap

I have been trying for over a month with both MapCache and GeoWebCache to no avail. Regular WMS from MapServer and GeoServer work fine with ESRI products, but tile caching, for me, has been impossible. I've now shunted that aspect of my project to the end of the of the process as an optional feature.
