[MS4W-Users] 500 internal server error

After installing ms4w web server i went to check if the main ms4w web page
opens to test if apache is working properly but the internal server error
was displayed..when i checked the error logs the problem was this:
(OS 14001)This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem.  : couldn't create child process: 734001: php-cgi.exe

Please tell me how to remove the error..
