[MS4W-Users] internal server error 500

Hi,

One of the common causes for this behaviour is that your server has
not VC++2008 redistributable package installed, more information about
it in this URL:

http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2184

You can download and install the latest version of VC++2008 runtime from:
2011-09-29 9.0.30729.4148  VC++2008SP1+ATL Fix (x86)
  http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=11895

Just to be sure, what OS is your server running ?
