I don't have problems loading a mapfile with spaces in the path -
however I notice that your link assumes a space in front of the ATD
directory, try without it such as:

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?mode=map&map=D:\Copiar
aqui\fidel\ATD\50 000\3383-II\UltimoVuelo\Fotomontaje\Fotomontaje.map
