I've been using IIS and Apache for 15 years and I'd have a lot less
grey hair if I had only had to deal with Apache. But assuming that you
have to use IIS, are you running mapserv CGI or mapscript? I'm
guessing CGI, but I don't remember what GeoMOOSE uses. If it's CGI
then you need to explicitly enable it in IIS because it's turned off
by default. I can't remember the steps, and it's done differently in
IIS7 and IIS7.5 so Google for IIS CGI setup and make sure your
following instructions for your version of IIS (7 or 7.5). If you're
still struggling post back some specifics or hire Jeff.
