Hi Keith,

Actually that "zlibwapi.dll" file is included with MS4W 3.0.6, so you
shouldn't have that error.

Make sure you start with MS4W 3.0.6, then extract the upgrade package
(http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=RELEASE_mapserver_ms4w3.x_dev-6.2.0.html).
