[MS4W-Users] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library

i  got this in the php log when i launch my app

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:\ms4w\Apache\php\ext\php_pdo_pgsql.dll' - The specified module could not
be found.

with phpinfo() i see that the php.ini used is not the one of the ms4w
installation, but another, pre-existent, in another php installation. both
the php installations have that dll in the folder and the extension loaded
through the php.ini (uncommented)

how can i resolve?
