[MS4W-Users] Does Mapserver know CADRG?

So, will I access the a.toc directly from the layer in my map file, or do I
use gdaltindex to add the two a.toc files I'm interested in using to a shape
file? Accessing the a.toc file directly from a layer doesn't seem to be
working.
Thanks,
James

James,
I don't have my CADRG data handy here at work, but it should be working.
The easiest way is likely to use the RPFTOC driver described
here:
http://www.gdal.org/frmt_various.html#RPFTOC
This should be built into GDAL by default, so you shouldn't have to do
anything special. You can first test that data access works directly with
gdalinfo, gdal_translate and then move to using MapServer.
I'm not sure what the performance cost of doing this will be. Some caution
is encouraged.
Best regards,
Frank
