[OSRS-PROJ] Donald Elliptic Projection for AT&T V&H Coordinates?

Before preceeding further, I am curious about what code referred to in your first
sentence and where was if from? Was this code in the Java scripts?
There does appear to be problems in that your execution does not seem to
do very well with the htlt? example numbers. I didn't find the exact equivalent
of what you used on their web pages. Could you give a path to the web
page you used below.
