[OSRS-PROJ] Projection information for DCW

Hello all:
 
I am workign with DCW data which Ive downloaded. Id like to project
antarctica and russia, but the data are sourced in something other than
decimal degrees. 
 
Can anyone provide me with the parameters of the projection in which
these data exists within the DCW?
