I've created an updated set of PROJ.4 rpm packages for Fedora Core 2 which is available on bacchus.net.dhis.org in /pub/ham/proj.4-4.4.8/. Please feel free to copy them to ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/proj/ - the latest rpm packages there are ancient. Also let me know if there are any issues with the package. Thanks, Ralf
