Thanks.  I've included that file into my working version of the package.

This is a message from the dynamic linker which indicates a potencially
fatal problem.  Depending of the problem the problem indicated by this
message could also be somewhat more subtle such as data corruption, so
it should be taken serious.

This message indicates that your cs2cs binary was built against a
different release of the library, so most likely the old cs2cs binary.
Make sure you remove all the remains of your previous installation of
PROJ.4.

Find the latest version of thes package on bacchus.net.dhis.org in
/pub/ham/proj-4.4.8.  Note I've also split the PROJ.4 package into
two packages; there is now a separate devel package and I've sanitized
the eye insulting package filename a bit.
