[Proj] Ukraine towgs84

Hi All!

I've been looking for a possibly accurate datum shift for Ukraine from
Krassovsky to WGS84.

So far I've found only 3-parameter transformation 28,-130,-95 mentioned
on
http://discussion.autodesk.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/88-412574-4885877-83391/CSMap_WKT.txt

It is a general towgs84 for for former USSR republics. I expect it to
yield not very accurate results.

Does anybody know of a Ukraine dedicated, possibly 7-parameter, towgs84
shift?

I'm particulary interested in Ukraine's western part, located between
22E and 24E.
