[Proj] building proj-4.5.0 for ubuntu 6.06 - PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURED

hi all,
 
i want to compile proj-4.5.0 for ubuntu 6.06. with make check i get the
following error message

test file ntv2_out saved

ignoring that and continuing with make and make install works fine at a
first glance. 

is that make check message anything i have to get worried about.
