[Proj] Proj version 4.5.0 - datum shifts

Any news on the 4.5.0 final release date ?

I just downloaded the 4.5.0 version beta, compiled it to a dll, it seems to 
work fine.

I will be testing this on the Dutch system (Amersfoort/RDNAP) using 7 
parameter datum shifts.

I guess testing the 7 parameter shifts *before* the beta goes final is a 
good idea, so i'll post back here after i do, anybody here who tested this 
recently ?
