[Proj] Proj4 for Macintosh

proj is in pkgsrc as misc/proj.
pkgsrc supports OS X.

See 'binary distribution' for a "bootstrap kit".  Then you can use
pkgsrc to build proj.  (I haven't tried this since I don't have a mac
but many people seem to use it.)

pkgsrc will also enable you to build py-proj, geos and postgis.
