[Proj] Proj cannot been found by postgis

Yeps you are right. I found reason for that:
Yum's CentOS-Base.repo file was not updated.
"In yum repo there where no exclude for postgres*. I add on sections [base] [upddates]
exclude=postgresql*"
And Google is fast!
