Also, throw away, burn and otherwise destroy by any means previous preliminary 
distributions of the libproject library stuff and applications.

I should get the Doxygen updates out in a few days.

The stupid problem with the malloc test persists and you will note that the 
test is commented out in the configure.ac files of geodesic and sproj.

Me thinks it is time to throw in the towel and vegitate before the tele for 
the rest of the evening.
