[Proj] Working with NZGD2000 and NZTM2000

NZGD2000 is essentially WGS84 with the GRS80 ellipsoid.
"+ellps=grs80 +towgs84=0,0,0" is enough for most purposes.

There is no such thing as NZTM2000 datum. The NZ trans. merc.
projection is defined as using the NZGD2000 datum.
