[Proj] proj4 specifications for a rotated latlon grid on a sphere?

Indeed, I forgot to mention this switch. Sorry.

 From my .bash_history, I see that I have also been using: 
+to_meter=.0174532925199 (which has the same effect, if I remember 
correctly).
