[Proj] PROJ 5.0.0RC6

Hi,

These cct transformations should be identical, or am I missing something?

echo 13 52 0 | cct -t0 +proj=pipeline +step +init=epsg:4314 +inv +step
+init=epsg:4258

echo 13 52 0 | cct -t0 +proj=pipeline +step +proj=longlat +datum=potsdam

My PROJ_LIB directory is C:\PROJ\share that contains files from proj.4\nad
and proj-datumgrid-1.7RC1. These commands need epsg and BETA2007.gsb.

Definitions in epsg file:

# ETRS89
<4258> +proj=longlat +ellps=GRS80 +towgs84=0,0,0,0,0,0,0 +no_defs  <>

# DHDN
<4314> +proj=longlat +datum=potsdam +no_defs  <>
