[PROJ] Regarding the new API

Hi,

Regarding the new API:
If I want to transform from WGS84 geo to another projection, is there a
difference (in the performance) between using  proj_create_crs_to_crs  and
proj_create?

I would like to use the more general function proj_create_crs_to_crs, but
not sure if I should.
