[rosa-users] Distance Tool with tool-tip

In the Rosa Doc. I read the following:

The cumulative distance, based on the PIXEL_SCALE parameter is displayed in
a tool-tip type label attached to the cursor. On systems where this is not
supported, the distance value goes into the browser's status bar

but when the tool-tip functionality is supported? Or what have I to do in
order to display the tool-tip instead of the message in the status bar?
