[Shapelib] ShapeLib PHP wrapper

Hi,

I've searched at ShapeLib page but found no PHP ShapeLib wrapper.

Is it possible to build this "PHP shapelib" using SWIG?

Or,  I was also thinking, in use "asp2php" tool to generate PHP code from Visual Basic ShapeLib wrappers.
