[Shapelib] Missing SHPRewindObject export

Hi,

Frank, is this intentional the SHPRewindObject is not
listed in shapelib.def file?

I discovered this issue when I was trying to compile Shapelib utils
linking dynamically with shapelib.dll instead of statically with .obj files.

Here is Shapelib sources package building that way with
SHPRewindObject included in shapelib.def:
