 I plan a 0.7 tinyows version tied to PostGIS 1.4 (in April so)[[BR]]
 There's still somes tickets i want  to close before[[BR]]
 And yes at this time it will be a good thing to provide Win32 versions:
 plain cgi binary, ms4w package and also OSGeo4W one[[BR]]
