Could you try 2 different things (one after the other, and/or both):
- With WFS version 1.0.0 rather than 1.1.0
- With srs as urn style: urn:ogc:def:crs::27573 rather than EPSG:27573

To check if it's 'only' a reverse axis coordinates issue.
