[TinyOWS-users] Is gml type="short" valid?

Hi,
 
Try this
http://188.64.1.61/cgi-bin/tinyows?service=wfs&version=1.0.0&request=des
cribefeaturetype&typename=municipalities
 
You will see an attribute
<xs:element name="kaupunki" type="short" nillable="true" minOccurs="0"
maxOccurs="1"/>
 
My test client says that it does not understand type "short"
Which one makes an error, the client or TinyOWS?
